I owned such a smartphone and I really enjoyed it. It has everything I need: a large comfortable keyboard, a nice music player, external memory card (SDHC cards didn't work for me), GPS and wi-fi support. HTC look really concerned about phone users: a lot of little usability features really improve user experience and let me do my everyday tasks much faster. I also miss chat-like sms messages representation on screen a lot.
Take care of your phone - it may have strange behavior if you drop it a couple of times (as I did)!
Despite all the disadvantages I would buy the same phone once again.

The plastic covers simply fit on top of your screen. The problem with them is because they sit on the surface (which is flat rather than grooved) the plastic starts to lift at the corners, and becomes unsticky. I've used 3 out of my 6 since Wednesday
